Aqua restaurant at Rosewood Abu Dhabi is back with its most popular Winter Garden Brunch in Abu Dhabi. A whole new level of Gastronomic dining experience at Aqua.

The popular Winter Garden Brunch welcomes socialites and families to start the weekend festivities packed with unique flavours and entertainment every Saturday.

Guests can enjoy creative cocktails and a menu full of flavour, with a backdrop of incredible views. The family-friendly brunch gives guests access to the pool and kids club.

The culinary team have set up their specialty corners to cater to all tastes and desires. The ambiance is further enhanced by the legendary Milan on Saxophone performing alluring tunes to commence the weekend festivities.

The Garden Brunch allows guests to share the unique and exquisite offerings such as a Pani Puri trolley, a selection of fresh salads, cheese station and cold cuts.

For the mains, guests can relish in a dedicated pie, tuna, cold seafood and Seacuterie, sushi and oyster counter. Dip into incredible Italian treats such as Spaghettini chitarra bagna cauda and authentic, handmade pizza.

Sample the finest Peking duck and dim sum pass around at the Asian Corner. Head to Central America with a Mexican selection filled with spicy Carnitas or indulge in tantalising tandoori with a selection of Indian canapes.

A full desert selection brings a sweet conclusion to a feast of flavours, accompanied by a coffee to cleanse your palate.

The Garden Brunch at Aqua runs every Saturday from 12.30 until 4.30 pm.
