These Masters of Food From Vietnam Will Dish Out Genuine Flavors Of Saigon

The joyous occasion is mark by big gatherings among families and friends, gift giving, loud street celebrations with matching firecrackers and traditional lion dance, and lots and lots of food.

And speaking of good food, Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas will play host to master chefs from Park Hyatt Saigon in celebration of Vietnamese New Year.

Happening from 20th to 24th February at the hotel’s Park Bar and Grill, ‘Masters of Food’ will summon the flavours of Vietnam inspired by the fresh and traditional ingredients from the markets of Saigon.

Guests will be taken to a colourful culinary journey through local street food delicacies including iconic treats like pho, banh cuon and grilled beef in lotus, just to name a few.

This fun and satisfying culinary spectacle is part of the hotel’s ‘Colour Your World’ campaign, which aims to bring generosity, wellbeing and inclusivity.
