Southeast Asian specialties will be served up as foodies gather around for ‘street food late brunch’.
David Tapley, the food enthusiast behind the blog Out and About UAE is set to host the fourth in his series of new personalised culinary experiences called #DineAroundWithDavid at The Ritz Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal.
The private table set-up will see fellow foodies in Abu Dhabi join David to explore Southeast Asian specialties through a brunch concept known as the ‘street food late brunch.’
Curated by Tran Thanh Chung, Chef de Cuisine at Li Jiang, highlights on the menu will include food cart classics from across Southeast Asia, such as Korean BBQ, Peking duck, sushi and fried noodles.
Also on the cards is an extensive list of signature Asian-inspired drinks, which promise to spice up the evening.
