70 highly trained medical staff available on site
As an aim to provide the best medical & healthcare services in Abu Dhabi International Airport, Al Bateen Executive Aiport & Al Ain International Airport have signed an agreement with National Ambulance where highly trained medical professionals manage emergency medical services.
This comes as an important step to expand National Ambulance’s services & partnerships with organisations across the public & private sector in Abu Dhabi.
With two months of dedicated training and preparation of staff, vehicles, emergency resources & procedures, National Ambulances have ensured that it delivers highest level of pre-hospital care in providing it across Abu Dhabi airports.
Shareef Hashim Al Hashmi, Chief Executive Officer at Abu Dhabi Airports, said: “Our collaboration with National Ambulance comes as part of our efforts to ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of our customers, staff, and stakeholders, which is our main priority.
At Abu Dhabi Airports, we always look to enhance our health and safety measures through implementing strict health measures, deploying advances technologies, and collaborating with the relevant entities.
This is key for ensuring the delivery of exceptional services and maintaining our airports’ excellence.”
Other than this initiative, National Ambulances also provide emergency healthcare services for communities across the Emirates of Abu Dhabi, including Yas Marina Circuit, Abu Dhabi Sports Council & Special Olympiad UAE, as well as other public events & businesses.
