Guiding you through the nuances of authentic Japanese sake is expert sommelier Giovanni Depergola, the Founder of the Alembic Liquid Education Experience.
As an extra touch of sophistication, Giovanni will lead you through each sumptuous course, offering insights into the history, ingredients, and cultural significance of authentic Japanese sake.
The enchanting evening commences with the vibrant ambiance of Buddha-Bar Beach, complemented by uplifting tribal beats. As you savor the culinary journey, you’ll enjoy the clean and refreshing notes of Dassai 45 Sparkling, accompanied by crispy deep-fried lobster dumplings.
The event unfolds further with the versatile Dassai 45 sake accompanying a trio of fresh sashimi, followed by the main course – Gochujang toothfish pot – paired harmoniously with the delicate and smooth Gekkeikan Horin sake.
A sumptuous conclusion awaits with the fourth course, a coconut and passion pavlova, perfectly matched with the sweet and mellow Gekkeikan Nigori sake.
