One more mall opens its doors in Abu Dhabi giving shoppers chance to go popping those tags again.
Al Wahda Mall is open, albeit under strict health and safety measures. But it’s official, you can go traipsing around all the big stores looking for your favourite items.
Once part of the ban on opening malls during the COVID-19 pandemic, Al Wahda Mall, just opposite Abu Dhabi’s famed green bus station, is now open from 10.00 am to 9 pm, for shopping and dining. Homegrown store LuLu hypermarket will be open an extra couple of hours from 8 am to 10 pm. Pharmacies and money exchange services will open from 10 am to 10 pm.
Don’t forget that if you’re under 12 years of age or over 60 years old, you won’t be able to enter due to the strict government directives in place.
