The Skylit brunch has some new spins on flavors and innovative beverages
Brick Rooftop Kitchen & Bar at Aloft Abu Dhabi has launched their new season 4.0 Skylit brunch. Enjoy captivating views of the marina and sunset and enjoy flavorful Mediterranean and Arabic dishes straight from the rustic wood fire oven.
Brick Rooftop Kitchen and Bar has a new season 4.0 with exciting new menu for their “Brick Skylit Brunch”.
The Skylit brunch takes place every Friday from 7.00 pm to 10.00 pm.
With live food stations, unique beverage stations and a surprise in every dish will make your Friday evening a memorable one. Apart from this, journey through Chef Aoun’s tasting menu throughout the week.
Some of the favourites include ginger chilli and lime spatchcock chicken, cedar plank Norwegian salmon, braised beef au chasseur, mixed grilled platters, eggplant rollatini. Apart from guests can vouch for roasted marinated lamb chops, spicy Cajun chicken wings, fresh rustic sourdough bread, pizza and s’mores.
For those who are vegan, try their bangers & mash, vegan katsu mushroom burgers.
Cocktail & mocktail lovers would love the innovation and twist by the expert mixologist. From extra scented with spices, citrus and herbs + treats like cotton candy and chilli infused, there’s a lot of options to try.
