While there are individual food items to order like mapo tofu, Beijing shredded chicken, noodle variety, and many more, guests frequent this place for its hot pot meal.
During the meal, diners dump a variety of ingredients on a simmering pot of hot stock to be enjoyed after a few minutes. Really, you have to try it yourselves to appreciate this Chinese tradition.
