Villa Toscana restaurant the the luxurious St. Regis Abu Dhabi is dedicating the month of July to “Sagra dello Scoglio”.

Offering an array of sumptuous seafood delights, diners will be spoilt for choices as they celebrate the harvest season for Italian fresh clams and shells.

Chef Vittorio Nania is the chef behind this uniquely curated menu. Chef Vittorio Nania has created the menu using premium fresh shellfish plucked straight from the depths of the ocean. The “Sagra dello Scoglio” menu is an unmissable
experience for all visitors.

Subtle flavours of these ocean gems have been out to display, along with an array of delectable items on the menu.

Guests can begin a delightful journey with light and healthy appetisers such as Mazara red prawns with burrata cheese,
and sautéed Apulia mussels served with toasted bread.

Chef Vittorio presents homemade pasta with cannellini beans and Apulia mussels, homemade spaghetti with Mediterranean veraci clams and broccoli.

The “Sagra dello Scoglio” menu is priced à la carte and available exclusively from 22nd July 22 to 31st July. 7.00 pm to 11.00 pm.
