There is no official confirmation but Eid al-Adha is expected to fall on Friday 31st July.
The decision will ultimately depend on the sighting of the moon. If the sighting is on Friday, chances are that Sunday may be declared a public holiday.
There are few public holidays coming our way with a three-day weekend for the Islamic New Year on 23rd August and another national holiday on October 29th for Prophet Muhammad’s (PBUH) birthday.
So time your summer breaks with the family accordingly as there are multiple staycation offers, tourist attractions and other fun activities that are being launched in the capital.
