Today, 11th May marks the end of Ramadan and beginning of a five day weekend in Abu Dhabi
To celebrate Eid al-Fitr, new timings for parking, tolls, and buses in Abu Dhabi are in place. The Abu Dhabi’s Integrated Transport Centre (ITC) of the Department of Municipalities and Transport has announced new timings for the long break.
Bus services
Public bus service timings across Abu Dhabi will follow the normal Friday schedule as per ITC during the Eid al-Fitr break.

Darb Tolls
Abu Dhabi introduced road tolls meaning all motorists visiting the emirate are required to register their vehicle at the start of 2021.
For Eid al-Fitr, that Abu Dhabi’s Darb toll gate system will be free of charge from Tuesday 11th May until Shawwal 3. Charges will resume once the holiday is over and will be applicable during peak hours: 7 am to 9 am and 5 pm to 7 pm from Saturday to Thursday.
Please note that Darb toll gate system will be free of charge during Eid Al Fitr holiday starting from Tuesday, May 11, 2021 until the end of the offical holiday (Ramdan 29 to Shawwal 3, 1442).

MAWAQiF parking bays
Free of charge parking from Tuesday 11th May until Shawwal 3 (which is expected to fall on Saturday 15th May ) Also it has been announced that the Mussafah Industrial area parking lot (M18) will be free of charge during the Eid al-Fitr break.
