Celebrate Emirati Tradition: Hands-on Crafts, Music, & Culture at Souq Al Qattara.
From 29th October to 17th November, Souq Al Qattara in Al Ain commences its traditional handicraft festival inviting guests to experience the rich Emirati heritage. This annual festival offers an immersive experience into the art of traditional Emirati crafts, designed to honor cultural heritage and captivate both locals and visitors alike. Explore the intricate processes behind crafting items such as palm fronds, pottery, and the traditional weaving arts of Sadu and Talli.
Visitors can enjoy live artisan demonstrations, folk arts performances, and cultural showcases, while Bait Al Oud presents live music concerts that deepen the festival’s ambiance. Families and ladies are also invited to the dedicated AL Suwayea program organized by the Al Qattara Arts Center, offering a unique glimpse into Emirati traditions.
