Free Internet On Public Buses in Abu Dhabi And Al Ain

Bus Shelters to reopen
In an effort to make travel enjoyable, 520 Abu Dhabi buses now have free internet facilities for the passengers.

This new technological addition will be a part of 410 buses in Abu Dhabi and 110 buses in Al-Ain. The bus services that were earlier operating on changed schedules in line with Covid-19 restrictions, are now functioning as per the original schedules.

This  free internet service by the Department of Municipalities and Transport Integrated Transport Centre in partnership with the telecommunications provider Du is tailored around improving the public transport network for the users. The authorities ensure that the buses are clean and safe as they are frequented by numerous people in a day from working adults to youngsters going out to the park or beach. These measures are to encourage the use of public transportation in and around the city.

Now not only can you read the current affairs on your way to work but also pay your bills and do so much more on your commute in the buses.
