What You Need To Know About The Wellness Boulevard At Khalifa City

Wellness Boulevard
Brand new Wellness Boulevard to open in Khalifa City

At Abu Dhabi’s brand-new Wellness Boulevard – scheduled to open in the third quarter this year at Khalifa City – visitors can engage in both, as the UAE’s retail sector sees the introduction of healthcare services fused with shopping and leisure options. The concept has already been tried out in the US, but had until now seen slower adoption in the UAE and Gulf markets. Instead, mall developers had focused on adding clinics and wellness facilities within their wider tenant mix.

At the Dh 500 million worth Wellness Boulevard, the developer, Al Falah Healthcare’s spokesperson mentioned that there are numerous buyers interested in achor stores typical of traditional malls and that it is in discussion and will be revealed at a later date. They will offer affordable prices which will be negotiated on an individual basis. Healthcare facilities will complement each other rather than be competitive, working in unison for the customer and clients.

Leasing is now open for the 130 units spread across the 36,000 square metres and seven floors, including a supermarket.

“The concept of a multi-purpose, multi-specialty and 100 per cent patient-focused healthcare destination characterizes growing demand from not only health services providers, but also the public for clean, safe and modern facilities that are conveniently located and easy to access,” said Ahmed Ali, General Manager at Al Falah Healthcare, in a statement.

We are definitely looking forward to this in 2021!
