A lavish dining spots with lofty 360 view of the city skyline and Arabian Gulf. The menu is curated by head chef Daniel Irvine offering a fresh, high-quality ingredients and premium produce sourced from all around the world.
Born and trained in UK, chef Daniel has worked with a numerous luxury hotels across the world. Chef Daniel has been treating diners at Ray’s Grill to his enchanting recipes for many years.
Some of the tasty specialties to try include angus beef, tuna and mushroom tartare, chef’s signature salad, crafted from the finest, crunchy and flavorsome produce right to your table.
The succulent sharing-style Chateaubriand and meaty Tomahawk are also expertly calved at each table. Other tempting options include the classic appetizers of shrimp cocktail and crab cakes, grilled fresh seafood, cauliflower steak, double patty smash burgers. A decadent dessert trolley with sumptuous sweet delights come straight to you.
Providing an exciting way of exploring the hidden charms of the iconic hotel, guests are given a pin code for an exclusive entry.
