Diners can choose from a rotating menu of tantalizing dishes with a stunning sunset backdrop. Menu includes soups, cold appetizers like hummus, baba ghanouj and salad bar like fattoush, tabbouleh & rocca, cold and hot mezzahs like kibbeh, sambusak, smoked salmon roulade and tandoori chicken & mango rolls.
The array of main selections includes a live carving station for lamb ouzi, a station dedicated to Chinese delights and an Indian corner, to name a few. Those with a sweet tooth will delight in the selection of desserts featuring classics such as kattayef and halawa bil jibni.
