The ‘Illusions’ menu, curated by the award-winning Beverage Manager Don Bodinayake, offers 13 masterfully crafted cocktails that transport guests into a world of nostalgia and discovery. Drawing inspiration from dreams and illusions, as well as the mesmerizing realms of art, music, and cinema, each drink is a work of art.
Reflecting the lounge’s luxurious ambiance, the new menu features garnishes like gold foil, black suede, and velvet. These elements create a theatrical experience, enhancing the refined opulence of The Manhattan Lounge.
Signature Cocktails
- BOURBON PARADISE: Inspired by New Orleans Jazz, this cocktail combines Michter’s Bourbon, Mancino Rosso, and Grilled Peach Nectar, capturing the city’s musical heritage.
- STARRY NIGHT: A tribute to Vincent van Gogh’s masterpiece, this drink features floral Roku Gin, Lavender, Mancino Sakura, Cider Cordial, and Riesling.
- LUNA: Inspired by lucid dreams, this captivating cocktail blends 1800 Silver Tequila with delicate notes of Bergamot, Peach Nectar, and Yuzu, complemented by London Essence White Peach and Jasmine Soda.
- 11:11: Available between 4 PM and 6 PM, this signature cocktail envelops the senses in carrot cake sweetness with JW Black Label, Carrot Cake Syrup, Earl Grey Tea, Citric Acid, Milk Punch, and Cointreau.
