Ethara Announces 15th Edition of TriYAS at Yas Marina Circuit in February 2025.
TriYAS, the region’s only day-to-night triathlon, is set to return for its 15th edition at Yas Marina Circuit on Saturday, 08th February, 2025. Building on 14 years of record-breaking events, Ethara, the event organizer, has confirmed this milestone edition following the highest-ever participation recorded in 2024, with over 1,400 competitors across 11 categories. Since its inception, TriYAS has welcomed more than 15,000 participants, making it a cornerstone of Abu Dhabi’s health and fitness community.
From first-time participants to seasoned athletes, the event unites the UAE’s fitness enthusiasts for a full day of challenging physical activities. The event is supported by Yas Marina Circuit’s TrainYAS programme, which is free to enter year-round and allows individuals to run, walk, or cycle the iconic track. TrainYAS participants are encouraged to use these sessions to prepare for the upcoming 15th edition in 2025.
The event also empowers young athletes with its junior categories, including TriKIDS, which have seen growing participation over the years. The 2024 edition saw over 270 junior participants aged 14 and under take part. Whether swimming, running, or roller skating, TriYAS offers an inclusive platform for individuals of all ages and abilities to pursue their fitness goals.
