A burger joint for a vegan meal? We’re kidding you not. This New Zealand based eatery has its V8 vegan burger – a special burger made from pumpkin, carrot, chickpea and ginger bites, melted vegan provolone, miso pea mash, raw grated beetroot with chia seeds, salad and house vegan aioli.
