Parking at the bus stop
The Integrated Transport Authority (ITC) of Abu Dhabi warned motorists about the dangers of parking at the bus stops. Parking cars at these places even for a short time is unsafe for road users as it makes it harder for buses to stop in the lay-by lane. Violating this rule will result in a AED 2,000 fine.
Using the bus stop to pick or drop off passengers increases the danger of road accidents or causes bus service delays.
