Yas Island Gears Up for World Tennis League’s Season 2
The World Tennis League (WTL) has officially partnered with Abu Dhabi Sports Council (ADSC), The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi), and Miral to bring three consecutive seasons of this prestigious tournament to Yas Island, a renowned leisure and entertainment destination.
Scheduled to take place from 21st to 24th December at the iconic Etihad Arena, Season 2 of the “greatest show on court” promises an unforgettable experience for both tennis and music enthusiasts. The Falcons, Hawks, Eagles, and Kites will compete in a thrilling 3-day Round Robin, leading to an epic final showdown on 24th December.
Following the tremendous success of the inaugural season, which saw the participation of tennis legends like Novak Djokovic and Iga Swiatek, along with electrifying live performances by international artists like Tiesto, Wizkid, Deadmau5, Neyo, Armin Van Burren, and Mohammed Ramadan, Season 2 aims to take the excitement to new heights.
Tickets for Season 2 are expected to go live by end of August, while the tennis field is set to be announced in September.
